Terms and Conditions



  • Flowers may vary from time to time due to seasonal changes.
  • Flowers may be delivered in bud to improve longer life and allow your flowers to be enjoyed for longer.
  • Some flowers are subject to availability.
  • All flowers will be handed finished in an agreed style.  If the style is no confirmed this will be finished in the way Bloom Room feel best.
  • Delivery of the product will be on a mutually agreed day.
  • If same day delivery is requested there will be an additional charge of £5.00.
  • Our products will be guaranteed for 7 days; however, we cannot take responsibility if the flowers are not correctly maintained.  In the spring and summer months our guarantee changes to 5 days.



  • Prices as displayed on the website or social media, special requests will be priced separately.
  • Prices exclude same day delivery or out with 5 miles.
  • On occasions, prices may vary in line with fluctuation in floral markets out with our control.


  • Clear and accurate instructions for delivery must be given, completion of personal details including postcode for yourself and recipient.
  • Payment accepted are PayPal, credit or debit card and cash on collection.
  • By submitting your order, you are bound by our Terms and Conditions as listed.



  • The delivery date will be agreed when ordered.
  • To avoid delays a full address with postal code and recipient details must be supplied.
  • There will be a £5.00 delivery charge out with 5 miles.
  • An additional £5.00 charge will be applied on all same day deliveries.
  • When delivering to a business as address, hospital or funeral home, the person accepting the flowers will be accepted as proof of delivery.
  • If we are unable to find someone to accept delivery, the flowers may be left with a neighbour and a card will be left detailing where the goods are.  When we fail to find someone to accept delivery, a card will be left for delivery to be re-arranged a charge may be applicable if not between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30pm.
  • Deliveries required after the hours of 3.30pm will be charged at £10 per delivery. This is only available by making direct contact with Bloom Room.



  • Selected products will be available for same day click and collect.
  • Due to the perishable nature of the flowers, we will be unable to make a refund if you fail to collect.



  • We regret you cannot cancel any order once received.



  • We provide a quality guarantee with our products.
